The Devonian

The Devonian offers you peace & tranquillity with commanding views looking down over the town and into the valley. The West Wilder Brook flows through the bottom of our gardens and is an ideal position for watching & listening out for resident Owls, Birds, Squirrels, Badgers and Foxes.

We are also very fortunate to be only a stones throw away from the stunning South West Coastal Pathway which travels through the surrounding National Trust Land and is a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

However, if it’s not one of the many coastal walks you seek, then beautiful beaches, the historic harbour and the unique and breathtaking Tunnels are a short stroll or drive away from The Devonian. The heart of the town is perfect for all your local shopping, eating and relaxation needs and is a 15 minute walk from The Devonian
