Seacroft Holliday Cottage

Stay in our elegant 3-bed Georgian Grade 2 listed town house that sleeps 6. Ideal for families or groups of couples, we have 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and allow dogs.

Our beautiful house has all sorts of original features and oozes character. That said, it is a home away from home with everything you need for a comfy stay no matter the weather. It is close to shops and amenities and the Tunnels beaches, and a short walk from the harbour. We are also in a quiet residential area so noise is minimal.

We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, and large dining room (high chair available).

On the first floor we have a light, comfy lounge with leather sofa, superfast WiFi & TV and wood-burning stove and stunning floor-to-ceiling original Georgian . On this floor we also have bedroom 2 with a king size bed, chest of drawers and a Chromecast TV.

On the Second floor we have a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed (cot available) and sea views, a 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds also with sea views, plus a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Outside we have a private courtyard garden with a bench and table & chairs, and beach kit to borrow in the summer house. The garden is semi-enclosed and has step access. There is free on-street parking on our road and roads adjacent.

Within 5 mins walk you can get to the famous Tunnels Beach, the South West Coast Path, Lidl, Ilfracombe High Street and Co-op. Within 15 mins walk you can be at the landmark Theatre, and Ilfracombe harbour with Verity statue. Woolacombe beach is a 15 min drive from the house.
