Ilfracombe Musical Memories

Come and join us for a singsong and some fun

Ilfracombe Musical Memories is a social group with music and song for people with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s or Stroke Memory Difficulties and their carers.  We understand how isolating memory loss can be for the people it affects and their family.  And we know from our own experiences how it’s good to have a break from the daily routine to go somewhere where others are aware of their situation and understand.

Don’t worry if you think that you can’t sing,  Ilfracombe Musical Memories is not a choir and you don’t have to be able to sing. You choose to join in as much or as little as you want.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month between 2.00 – 4.00 pm. at The Vision Centre. There is plenty of free car parking spaces all on level ground. It is a large hall which enables easy access for wheelchair users and there is a disabled WC.

If you would like more information please give Hazel a call on 01271 863 944, or Margaret on 01271 882 927. Or just turn up on the day; you will always get a very warm welcome.

People with memory difficulties must be accompanied.
