We are pleased to offer this two bedroom, 2nd floor self-catering holiday apartment,  which sleeps 4-6, part of a large Georgian house, overlooking Ilfracombe Harbour, . It is said that Beatrix Potter stayed here as a young woman and the path down to the harbour features in one of her books.

The front windows offer magnificent views of the harbour and over the Bristol channel to the distant Welsh coast. Just in front of the apartment is St. James Park, with its path down to the harbour. It is in an ideal position to enjoy the town, walking and nearby beaches

We are open all year round and accept short breaks except in the summer school holidays. The apartment is decorated for guests during the Christmas and New Year period.

Lounge/diner: Sit and enjoy the views at the shuttered sash window with window seat. Feature fireplace with remote control ‘flame effect wood burning stove’ electric heater. Equipped with 46″ smart Digital TV, Modem, DVD/Audio system, sofa bed and settee, coffee table with storage, extendable oak dining table and 6 chairs.

Bedroom 1 has similar “breath-taking” sea views to the lounge. It has a king size bed with pine bedhead, shaker style pine bedside cabinets and chest of drawers, wardrobe. A comfy seat with footstool is provided for you to sit and read or watch the world go by.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. En-suite toilet and sink.

Bathroom including bath with shower attachment, spacious shower, WC and pedestal basin. Bed linen and towels provided.

Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage, integral double oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. There is also a small breakfast bar where you can sit for breakfast while listening to the radio.

The apartment has gas central heating to radiators. Free broadband internet access with Wi-Fi. Outside: a single parking space is allocated to this apartment with telescopic parking post.
