A weekly Wellbeing Group - based around the 5 steps to wellbeing: Connect, Be active, Give, Learn and Take notice - weekly arts and crafts, wellbeing walks and free drinks and a light lunch. A very friendly group open to all (designed for age 18+).

A friendly cafe for people with memory problems and their family/friends. Free tea, coffee and cake with optional activities.

Lifeboat heritage walk
Wednesday sees our last heritage walk of the year. Meet by the lifeboat station at 2pm for a guided walk discovering the long sea rescue history of our town. Free to join and no need to book. See you there!
