Our Introduction to Sea Swimming session is designed to help you build confidence, knowledge and experience in a safe, supportive environment.

Over 2 hours, we’ll cover:

Tides, waves, currents and weather

Sea safety and decision making

Local knowledge from experienced coaches

A guided sea swim to put your new skills into practice

Whether you’re completely new to the sea, feeling nervous about swimming alone, or simply want to understand the water better, this session is for you

Expect encouragement, plenty of support, and a chance to discover just how rewarding sea swimming can be.
