Manned Hours:
To ensure personalised assistance and support, Physique Factory Gym operates during the following manned hours:
• Monday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
During these hours, staff are available to assist with memberships, inductions, and any questions you may have.

24/7 Access with State-of-the-Art Equipment:
Physique Factory Gym provides members with 24/7 access, ensuring flexibility to train at their convenience. The facility is equipped with a range of equipment, including world-class Watson equipment, catering to a wide range of fitness goals, from strength training to cardiovascular workouts.

Comprehensive Membership Options:
Understanding that fitness journeys vary, Physique Factory Gym offers a range of membership options to suit different needs:
• Day Pass: £10 for one day of access.
• Week Pass: £25 for one week of unlimited 24/7 access.
• Month Pass: £45 for one month of unlimited 24/7 access.
• 6-Month Pass: £210 for six months of unlimited 24/7 access.
• 1-Year Pass: £380 for one year of unlimited 24/7 access.
• Direct Debit Monthly Membership: £40 per month with a £5 joining fee and one month’s notice required for cancellation.

For Day and Week Pass members, upon signing up, you will be emailed an access code that allows entry through the front door and turnstile. This means you do not need to visit during manned hours for your first visit.
For Month Pass, 6-Month, 1-Year, and Direct Debit Monthly Memberships, your first visit should occur during manned hours so that your fingerprint can be registered, allowing access through the turnstile entry system. You will still have an access code for the front door.

Recovery Suite: Sauna & Ice Bath:
Recognising the importance of recovery in a fitness regimen, Physique Factory Gym has introduced a Recovery Suite. This facility features an infrared sauna and an ice bath, designed to aid muscle recovery and enhance mental well-being. Sessions are available for booking during manned hours and are priced at £10 per slot.
