Ocean Backpackers Hostel

Family friendly Independent Hostel on the stunning North Devon Coast. Situated in the harbour area of Ilfracombe, close to all eateries and moments from the coastal path, made famous by Raynor Wynn in her acclaimed novel The Salt Path.

This cool, clean and friendly self-catering hostel offers excellent facilities for walkers, cyclists, surfers, divers as well as families, schools and activity groups on a room only basis.

Facilities include a self-catering kitchen, dining area, communal lounge and free wi-fi, large storage basement (for bikes and boards) drying room and dorm beds, Single, double and family rooms available. Dogs allowed by arrangement.

We welcome independent travellers and groups of all sizes that enjoy the buzz of a backpackers and have a love of the great outdoors! The whole hostel can be hired for exclusive use by larger groups.
