Ilfracombe Visitor Accessibility Guide

This guide provides practical information for visitors with accessibility needs. Find details on local transport, equipment hire, and accessible places to visit in and around Ilfracombe.

Ilfracombe is largely built over the rolling and sometimes steep hills of the North Devon coast. Consequently there are some physical limitations to accessibility.

However the Esplanade, around the Landmark Theatre, Capstone Hill and the harbour are generally level. There is a great programme of events to enjoy throughout the year and many are based in this area, where you will also find parking.

The link here gives details of local car parks and public toilets including a map.
