She has been on service here since 2015 and has been a very significant part of our station and our community.

However, the changing nature of rescues here means that our Shannon is no longer the right boat for us.

While we are desperately sad to say goodbye, we are very much looking forward to the future with our fast, manoeuvrable Atlantic 85.
