DESCRIPTION:2025 saw 15 Morris sides coming to dance – as well as from Cornwall and the wider Devon they come from much further afield including Berkeley Morris from Berkeley in California but not to forget our local sides\, Ilfracombe Red Petticoats\, Borderline Morris from Barnstaple & Bideford Phoenix. \nOn both Saturday and Sunday there will be Morris dancing around the seafront and other areas of the town all day as well as food and craft stalls on the Seafront. \nOn Sunday there will also be our classic & vintage vehicle show ‘Morris & Friends’ all along the seafront with the presentation of prizes at 3pm. \n

DESCRIPTION:The Carnival Procession – An eclectic mix of floats and walking groups will keep you entertained for an evening. This spectacular event raises monies for local charities and is a fun night for all the family. \nFrom 4pm there will be music\, stalls and food vendors on the Seafront. \nRoad closure is at 5pm prompt with the parade starting at 6pm. \nThe Parade leaves Hillsborough (Swimming Pool) car park\, travels along Hillsborough Road\, Portland Street\, High Street\, Church Street\, turns right at Wilder Road along the Seafront\, down St James Place arriving on Broad Street where it dissembles. \nThe £2500 proceeds from 2025 street collection was donated to various groups in Ilfracombe – Chemohero\, Delta\, The Strawpatch Project\, Ilfracombe Community Transport.\, The Mens Shed & Ilfracombe in Bloom.
