Score Valley Country House

Score Valley Country House offers the personal service of a guest house with the tranquility, space and comfort of a Georgian Manor House.  Set in one and a half acres of quiet and peaceful woodland and is the home of your hosts, married couple, Donna and Paul. This splendid 18th century residence holds pride of place with commanding views over this secluded unspoiled valley, which has hardly changed over the years. The narrow lane leading to the circular drive ensures that the front of Score Valley Country House has remained one of Ilfracombe’s best kept secrets.

We have eight bedrooms which have been individually furnished, retaining many of the period features including some of the original fireplaces .  All the double rooms have either king size or super king size beds , five of these rooms can be made up with twin beds (please check availability on booking). There is one spacious single room for solo travellers which offers a small double bed for added comfort.  All bedrooms are fully en-suite, except one which has private facilities, and are equipped with generous hospitality trays, towels and toiletries, hairdryers, colour free satellite television, shaver points and heated towel rails. Free wifi is available in all of the rooms.
