Holidaying in the area during this time? You can still visit us and travel for the standard fare. Pre-booking via the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway website is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Father’s Day at Woody Bay Station – 15th of June
Treat Dad to the perfect family day out! Enjoy a relaxing steam train (2mile return journey) from Woody Bay Station to Killington Lane. Don’t forget kids under 14 years travel for free when accompanied by a fare paying adult! Why not gift dad with one of our exclusive Add Ons (only available for Father’s Day). Add Ons are set to include Footplate rides and even a sneak peek behind the scenes with a shed tour (Subject to availability)!
Rails & Dinosaur Scales – 19th & 20th of July
The dinosaurs are back by popular demand! Ruby the Megalosaurus and her dino friends will be exploring the station throughout the day! Take part in our kid’s trail, explore the woodland and see what dinosaur tracks you can find! Autumn Gala – 27th & 28th of September
In celebration of Railway 200 join us at the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway for our Autumn Gala! All engines in steam plus visiting engines. Visit our attractions marquee including stalls and entertainment throughout the weekend.
Remembrance Service – 9th of November
Join us this Remembrance Sunday for our annual service as we remember those who have fallen in past wars and conflicts.
