John & Carol Pearson would be delighted to have the pleasure of welcoming you to their home - Lyncott House, we are open all year round.

Lyncott has retained many of its original Victorian features throughout the building, but extras including central heating and en-suite facilities have been added for your comfort. We also have the added benefit of having our own Car Park at the front of the building.

All of the 5 bedrooms are spacious in size, and have en-suite facilities. The rooms are made up of three Doubles, or a Very spacious triple bedroom at the top of the building, or for that extra touch of luxury why not book the elegant Rachael Suite which spans the entire front of the building. All bedrooms have remote controlled TV with DVD players and complimentary Tea / Coffee for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Lyncott House is an Adults only Guest House, so for that really relaxing break, where you are to be sure of no children, this is the place to be. We are completely non smoking throughout.

Situated just a 10 minute stroll from the Seafront and Town Centre, and at the base of the Tarka Line and Cairn Nature reserve, Lyncott House is set in an ideal location for whatever your reason to visit Ilfracombe - Shopping, the Seafront / Harbour, or Walking what better place to stay.

Driving directions

From the Tourist Information Centre turn right out of car park to second set of lights, turn right, left at roundabout into St Brannocks Road. Lyncott is on the right opposite Bicclescombe Park road.

Depart M5 at junction 27, follow A361 to Barnstaple and then to Ilfracombe. Off the Mullacott roundabout follow down the hill for approximately 1 mile, Lyncott is located on the left hand side.

From Barnstaple Railway Station Outside Railway Station or town, take No.21 bus to Ilfracombe, get off at at Bicclescombe Park stop, Lyncott is located 4 houses back on the same side fo the road.
