Lower Campscott Farm Holiday Cottagesblank

Lower Campscott Farm Lee, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8LS, United Kingdom
Tel: 01271 863479

Enjoy a farm holiday in one of our comfortable 4* cottages overlooking Lee Bay, close to the coastal villages of Mortehoe and Woolacombe and North Devon’s award-winning golden sandy beaches.

Seven well-appointed cottages and lodges sleeping from 3 to 8 (35 in total plus cots), each property is fully heated with green, sustainable energy thanks to our Biomass Boiler system which also provides unlimited hot water.

Our four star grading means you will experience all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, Freesat TV and a washer dryer & dishwasher in all our cottages and lodges. For your convenience we also have a small farm shop selling our own pedigree Dexter beef, pork, eggs, home cooked meals, local jams & chutneys and essential groceries to help make your self-catering holiday even easier.

From the farm you can walk to the nearby beach at Lee Bay with its rock pools & rocky cove or our wonderful local village pub The Grampus. With the South West Coast path on our doorstep, excellent cycling terrain, fantastic surfing, championship golf courses nearby and stunning countryside including beautiful Exmoor to explore, Lower Campscott Farm is the ideal holiday destination for all ages and at any time of the year.

Take in the stunning sea views from our bbq and outside play area or have fun in the indoor games room with pool, table football and table tennis. Join in with the daily animal feeding and farm tours to introduce our rare breed pigs, sheep and cattle then meet and groom the Shetland ponies.

Dogs are very welcome in all the cottages, many of which have enclosed gardens, and there’s plenty of opportunity for walks from the farm including our fully fenced farm wildlife trail where dogs can run off the lead.

For family get-togethers or friend’s reunions and celebrations, the well-equipped function room provides a great focal point for large group gatherings, seating up to 35 for formal dining or more for a buffet event.

Rated excellent by TripAdvisor, here are some of our guest’s comments:

´...The best standard of self-catering we have ever stayed in including the much more expensive Center Parcs´

´...Well equipped, light and airy home from home accommodation, comfortable and inviting´

´...Once you have been here you won´t want to holiday anywhere else in Devon´

But don´t take our word for it - look for yourself!
