"The Little Chapel on the Hill"

This lovely building has occupied it's prominent position on the top of the hill overlooking the Harbour since the 14th century, light from the small tower still guides the seafarer into the Harbour as it has done for centuries. Originally a chapel, the building has had a long, fascinating & varied history. Restored & managed by Ilfracombe Rotary Club, the Chapel is open for the public to enjoy its historic & peaceful charm.

Admission: Free but donations welcome.

Open: Easter & May to October mornings, afternoons & summer evenings.
