This visitor attraction has been described as “the best museum I’ve ever visited”, “fascinating for all ages”, and “full of curiosities” “magical and mysterious” and “good value for money”. Founded in 1932 in the Ilfracombe Hotel’s Victorian laundry it is full of exhibits from all over the world and is famous for the two headed kitten and pickled bats. Gift Shop.
