Holy Trinity Church

This ancient Parish Church stands on the site of an early Saxon Church. A Norman Church was enlarged to its present size about 1322, and the Tower incorporated inside the Church. The Church has one of the finest waggon-roofs in the West Country, dating from the 15th centry and richly carved with bosses, corbels and figures. The roof of the Sanctuary dates from the 19th century. Open: All year. Daily (except Sunday afternoons). No Dogs. No Charge.
