Home > Things To Do > Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park
Set in 26 acres of beautiful gardens, this stunning park is not only home to some of the most endangered animals on the planet, but also takes you back to prehistoric times when dinosaurs roamed the earth. See the UK’s only full size animatronic Tyrannosaurus-Rex, alongside a pair of vicious interacting Megalosaurs and Dilophosaurus the “spitting” dinosaur. Watch out, you may get wet! The park has utilised the latest animatronic technology recreating some of the most realistic dinosaurs you will ever see! For those of you wild about wildlife, the parks residents include Snow Leopards, Timber Wolves, sea lions, penguins, monkey and apes, meerkats, otters, racoons, wallabies, and birds of prey. Don’t be surprised to see free flying macaws along with the vast amount of indigenous birds that live amongst the impressive trees. There’s entertainment for everyone with show times everyday. Laugh at the antics of the sea lions in the spectacular show, be amazed by the falconry displays and don’t forget to take part in the lemur encounters and the handling sessions!
And if you want to learn more about Timber Wolves and the research being conducted by the Wolf Park Management, visit their centre based on the park. The park also has a Tropical Butterfly House, a spectacular lightshow; “Destination Mars”, the Earthquake Canyon train ride and the Tomb of the Pharaohs, a fascinating insight into Egypt. There is definitely something for everyone at Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park!
