U.K National Sandcastle Competion

Not just for surfers, Woolacombe Bay also hosts the UK’s National Sandcastle Competition. Now in its 15th-year, the competition is firmly established as one of the summer’s highlights. Past competitions have seen competitors construct elaborate recreations of spaceships, Spider-Man and a number of Simpsons characters.
