Tracy House is situated in a quiet residential area, standing in an acre of walled garden, with commanding views yet within easy walking distance of the sea-front and town amenities.
Our secluded garden is an ideal place for relaxing and sunbathing or enjoying a game on our own private 9-hole putting green, and we have ample parking space in the hotel grounds.
However you choose to spend your days, we will make every effort to ensure that the most memorable aspects of your holiday with us will be the meals you will enjoy in our spacious and elegant dining room.
For those who enjoy active holiday, there are facilities close at hand for walking, swimming, sailing and fishing.

FROM TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE
Turn right out of Car Park to second set of lights, turn right, then next right up the steep Church Hill, turn left at the top of the hill, and Tracy House is on the left.

From junction 27 of the M5, follow the A361 to Barnstaple, continue on the A361 following signs to Ilfracombe.
On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross. On the decent into Ilfracombe into St Brannocks Road, take the first right turn up the steep hill, after the Medical Centre, at the top turn left. Tracy House is on the left.
