1 bedroom in the front of the building which is light and very sunny. It has fitted wardrobes, double bed and a fold up single Z bed. Bathroom with shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c. There is a cupboard which has the ironing board and iron clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner. The open plan kitchen/lounge have fabulous views overlooking the harbour and Hillsborough and on good days the coast of Wales which is 21 miles away.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, and microwave. Dining table and chairs and the lounge has a large sofa which converts into a double bed. There is a T.V. and coffee table. This is a no smoking apartment and has central heating and is fully insulated with fire doors, fire lobby and a fire extinguisher is in the kitchen. On all landings there are fire extinguishers and fire security lights.

Road Directions

From tourist information centre turn right out of car park, at traffic lights turn left into Northfield road. At traffic lights turn left and continue along the High street. Where the road divides take the right hand fork into Portland Street. Continue until you see the set of traffic lights and you will see the Victorian Terrace. We are number 8 Larkstone Terrace and it has a mahogany porch and flowerpot men at the windows.

From junction 27 of the M5 follow the A361 to Barnstaple. Continue on the A361 following signs to Ilfracombe. On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross continue down the steep hill into St. Brannocks road, straight on through the first and second sets of traffic lights along the High Street.
