5-10 minutes drive to Woolacombe, Lee, Ilfracombe and surfing beaches. Dovecote cottage is a non smoking area.

From tourist information centre turn right out of car park, at second set of traffic lights turn right. Turn right into Church Hill At the top just past the church which is on your right, turn immediately left into Belmont road. Continue along this road to a less built-up area which becomes Slade road and just past Saltmere road which is on your left you will find 2 traditional stone quarry cottages to your right. The first one is Dovecote Cottage. There is a thatched dovecote to the front right of the cottage.
From junction 27 of the M5, follow the A361 towards Barnstaple, continue on the A361 following signs to Ilfracombe.
Enter Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross. On the decent into Ilfracombe onto St Brannocks Road, after the Medical Centre, take the first left turn, up Church Hill. At the top just past the church which is on your right, turn immediately left into Belmont road.
